jl17 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming participation, consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gambling.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jl17 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual timing depends on the receiving payment channel. Players may be required to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the corresponding deposit.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jl17 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and related AMLC regulations. 9.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach, jl17 may forfeit any remaining bonus funds and, where applicable under Philippine law, real-money balances. Where account closure is initiated by jl17 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
9.3 Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting jl17 customer support at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after any applicable pending wagering requirements are resolved.
